I have about 2 hundred surplus red "redland" concrete facing tiles going if you want to save some money. Would cost more than ?200 but any offer considered if you'll pick them up (this could be done in the boot of a car, or you could ask your builder to pick them up). I'd even deliver for a sensible offer!

These are the type of tiles commonly used when doing the facing for dormer conversions. Am based on Lordship Lane.

  Lots of good primary schools within reach of there. Fairlawn, Goodrich, Ivydale and Horiman. Secondary schools you will definitely get into the Harris Academies or Sydenham Girls or Forest Hill Boys, you might just be on the boundary for the East Dulwich or North Dulwich Charter but it changes every year.

  Thanks for clearing that up. Facts become opinions when one can't be bothered to find the truth or don't like the truth. It's pointless trying to converse with you because you can't be bothered when challenged. You just brush stuff aside and plead ignorance.
