Looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat in East Dulwich / Peckham/ Nunhead / Brockley

Hello,

I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat around the East Dulwich area. My partner and I have lived in Nunhead now for 2 years, but our landlord is selling up, and we can't imagine leaving the area where we feel so at home.

We are a professional couple, but both work in the charity sector, so our budget is quite modest.

We have a small, very well behaved rescue dog called Alby, so we really need some outside space too.

I would be really grateful for any leads anyone has!
