Hello, I can recommend you a company I am really pleased with. There are called London Cleaning Team and in my opinion, they are doing a great job. I am using their regular cleaning offer but they also have end of tenancy - http://www.londoncleaningteam.co.uk/end-of-tenancy-cleaners/. You can check the site for prices or just ask on 020 3746 2490. Good luck :)
We used A to Z cleaning when we moved out a few months back and they did a great job. Oven cleaning was for free as I can recall, insides of windows are also included. We got a 72 hour guarantee for the service which is a nice addition t in my opinion so I will definitely contact them in the future. I have their number - 020 3404 3303

Sorry Nate, and anyone else who has used A to Z cleaning but I had a disappointing experience in contrast. While the booking process and subsequent request for feedback is relatively steamlined and efficient, and the cleaners are very polite, the overall quality of the service was not worth the price I paid. This was predominantly as a result of (1) poor time management of the cleaner (late to very, very late arrival times, which was not at all helpful as I had to head to work or drop kids off at school so ended up very, very late as well which exacerbated my frustrations) and (2) poor English of some of the subcontractors, and so instructions were misunderstood or not understood at all.

I requested a couple of one off cleans, including an oven clean. They tend to sub-contract out to different cleaning companies at any one time (it appears to be their business model because yoou receive email or text message confirmations that company x will be providing a one-off clean, and the next one-off clean may be provided by company y) so perhaps others experiences may be different depending on the sub-contractor you are allocated.

A few key tips if you want to use them (1) manage your expectations in relation to timing. If you can wait around for the cleaner to arrive and are not too concerned if they arrive an hour or two hours late, you should have no issues. If you are pressed for time and want them to arrive on the dot, don't count on it. (2) make sure you are very, very clear on your expectations regarding the cleaning required. I asked for my cleaner to iron the clothes. She didn't. (3) If you are not going to be at home/present when they finish cleaning your property (for example, you will be at work, and expect them to lock the door on exit) I suggest you don't pay them cash in advance, but by card (which adds a c.?2 credit card administrative fee) after you have had an opportunity to inspect their work and provide feedback. If you are dissappointed, you may be offered a token discount, but that still doesn't result in a pile of ironed clothes you requested, a gleaming oven that you paid over ?70 to clean and it doesn't help with your angst in rescheduling meetings or appointments you miss.

    • It’s a 4 year old on a bike do you really think he is going 15mph. Grown adults complaining about a child who probably isn’t able to string a few sentences together says a lot about the people in this forum. If this member was hit from behind the father was probably walking behind the bike so I don’t get the point of stretching out an overreaction from a child in Nursery bumping into you. Grow up Obviously a four year old should be cycling on the pavement.
    • Malumbu,  if none of us were there, does that mean that nobody should post anything on here unless they have witnesses from the EDF? Why would someone post something like this if it  wasn't true? This is not about whether children should or should not be cycling on the pavement. There are specific issues. a) the child was out of sight of the person supposed to be caring for him b) he appears to have been  either not looking where he was going or was out of control of the bike c) if he did see that he was about to hit someone  he apparently did not give them any kind of warning  d)  a person was unexpectedly hit from behind whilst just walking along, which in my view makes him a victim e) does the title of the thread really matter as the issue was described in the first post?  f) nobody is blaming the child, they are blaming the person who should have been watching him g) do you really think it was acceptable for that person to find the situation funny? The OP was not complaining about the 4 year old. They were complaining about an adult's lack of supervision of a 4 year old who was not capable of riding a bike and who hit someone from behind with no warning. Also, apart from reading the OP more carefully, perhaps also choose your words more carefully. Jobless? Lunatic? Charming.
    • Completely jobless and lunatic behaviour coming on a forum and complaining about a 4 year old and the child’s bike riding skills. Honestly grow up
    • I have to say, I too am upset about the passing of DulwichFox. He was a real local character, who unlike me, managed to stick with ED despite all of the nauseous yuppification of the last three decades. R.I.P to foxy    Louisa.
