jasmine.hobbs.86
Hello, I can recommend you a company I am really pleased with. There are called London Cleaning Team and in my opinion, they are doing a great job. I am using their regular cleaning offer but they also have end of tenancy - http://www.londoncleaningteam.co.uk/end-of-tenancy-cleaners/. You can check the site for prices or just ask on 020 3746 2490. Good luck :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/102833-wanted-recommendation-for-one-off-clean-of-property/#findComment-987945 Share on other sites
Nate
We used A to Z cleaning when we moved out a few months back and they did a great job. Oven cleaning was for free as I can recall, insides of windows are also included. We got a 72 hour guarantee for the service which is a nice addition t in my opinion so I will definitely contact them in the future. I have their number - 020 3404 3303 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/102833-wanted-recommendation-for-one-off-clean-of-property/#findComment-988193 Share on other sites

While the booking process and subsequent request for feedback is relatively steamlined and efficient, and the cleaners are very polite, the overall quality of the service was not worth the price I paid. This was predominantly as a result of (1) poor time management of the cleaner (late to very, very late arrival times, which was not at all helpful as I had to head to work or drop kids off at school so ended up very, very late as well which exacerbated my frustrations) and (2) poor English of some of the subcontractors, and so instructions were misunderstood or not understood at all. I requested a couple of one off cleans, including an oven clean. They tend to sub-contract out to different cleaning companies at any one time (it appears to be their business model because yoou receive email or text message confirmations that company x will be providing a one-off clean, and the next one-off clean may be provided by company y) so perhaps others experiences may be different depending on the sub-contractor you are allocated. A few key tips if you want to use them (1) manage your expectations in relation to timing. If you can wait around for the cleaner to arrive and are not too concerned if they arrive an hour or two hours late, you should have no issues. If you are pressed for time and want them to arrive on the dot, don't count on it. (2) make sure you are very, very clear on your expectations regarding the cleaning required. I asked for my cleaner to iron the clothes. She didn't. (3) If you are not going to be at home/present when they finish cleaning your property (for example, you will be at work, and expect them to lock the door on exit) I suggest you don't pay them cash in advance, but by card (which adds a c.?2 credit card administrative fee) after you have had an opportunity to inspect their work and provide feedback. If you are dissappointed, you may be offered a token discount, but that still doesn't result in a pile of ironed clothes you requested, a gleaming oven that you paid over ?70 to clean and it doesn't help with your angst in rescheduling meetings or appointments you miss.
