Looking for a dog Walker and/or sitter - this w/e

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My partner and I have recently adopted an American Bulldog cross from Battersea and after being let down by a couple of local firms we are in need of a dog sitter / walker this weekend. We don't need cover all weekend, but a few times Fri - Monday as I am away and my partner has certain work commitments. He's very mellow and good with other dogs and children alike, however he is big and can be strong on the lead (mainly around cats!)

Please let me know if you are interested or have any recommendations. I can then detail exact times dates we need.

Thanks

I am glad to know of your need for a dog walker , interest is directly in line with your needs . With my love of animals and a proven commitment to constantly provide an excellent and safe service , I am confident que I am the right choice for this position. I can help with other needs of the dog , such as lead in the pet shop , etc ( own vehicle ). Many thanks. Edward

    • I took the advice of the sauce - I used mustard- and it was in place this morning. They don't get a shock if they chew through it. I've now seen them living in the jungle that is a neighbor's garden - fence high in brambles,  bindweed and buddlia. The kitchen windows and door  are now completely covered. Perhaps the foxes will keep the rats down

    • Errr the signs on the fences....there were signs telling people how long the disruption was going to be under the original plans (diversions of public footpaths etc) and now the council has attached a new one over the top telling them that Brockwell Live are responsible for remedying the problems and the fences will be up "until further notice". I suspect they are going have to re-seed or re-lay large swathes of grass and that requires some time to bed in so I suspect the Brockwell Wall will be up for some time. If you want to go look yourself head on over to the BMX track at the top of the hill and you will find one of the signs there - I was there today.
