Tima
We are in need of a small, attractive but practical, robust and watertight garden shed. Any recommendations? qeetah
Tiger sheds if you want a wooden one Asgard if you're after a metal one. We've got both and I prefer the metal one as its very secure & maintenance free. Stup15
I used www.gardenbuildingsdirect.co.uk and was left with a very high quality shed for a reasonable price, I'd definitely recommend, options to customise things such as shelving and floorings too. DaveR
Premier Sheds in Streatham are very good, with the obvious advantage over online retailers that you get to see the goods before you buy. sheff
Poor customer service (its a mixed bag here but I had the very bottom of the scale)https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.gardenbuildingsdirect.co.ukhttps://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.kybotech.co.ukAlso - poor quality in my opinion. Tigersheds are a much sturdier product.Edited: to add https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.tigersheds.com Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/105787-garden-shed-recommendation-please/#findComment-996987 Share on other sites

P.O.U.S.theWonderCat
Get a proper builder in. I didn't use him for the same sort of project, but rate these guys. If you're intending to live in it though you will need to consider building regs etc. [www.jnjbuildingsolutions.co.uk] Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/105787-garden-shed-recommendation-please/#findComment-997086 Share on other sites

Then I had a dig around - it seems that their customer service is pretty poor as well.http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4157663http://jerichoconsulting.co.uk/a-shedload-of-trouble-tigersheds-revisited/http://www.reviewcentre.com/Online-Home-and-Garden-DIY-Stores/Tiger-Sheds-www-tigersheds-com-reviews_1418568 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/105787-garden-shed-recommendation-please/#findComment-1001014 Share on other sites
Loz
Also, to add...I have bought a couple of wooden garden stores over the years from www.the-shed-centre.co.uk in Mitcham. The best recommendation I can give is that, about when the store was about 7-8 years old, a couple of toerags got into the garden and tried to break into it. The managed to get a good hold on the under edge of the door, but the entire structure held firm. I had to bend the lock back into place and replace a hinge, but that was about it.I was so impressed that, when I did replace it a few years later, I bought the exact same model from them. felicia2016
I have bought Highland Gable shed from http://inthebackyard.ca/. This style of shed fits beautifully in any backyard landscape. It is an wood shed built with 2*4 stud construction.Roof shingles are standard architectural style house shingles. You can also add many accessories to your shed to give it the look you desire.
