Professional married family looking ASAP for 3+ garden flat or house

Hi


We are a married couple with a 3.5 year old daughter and another child on the way. We need to move out of our owned property in Honor Oak for a minimum of 6 months (12 month contract with 6 month break clause is fine) whilst work is completed prior to us putting the property on the market as a vacant sale.

We are looking to rent a 3+ bedroom flat or house with private garden in Honor Oak or surrounding areas. We can move ASAP and provide excellent references. We are a professional couple (one investment banker and one solicitor) and need to be near a station and within driving distance of Dulwich where our daughter attends prep school.

      Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be.       Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️

      Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
