Professional married family looking ASAP for 3+ garden flat or house

Hi


We are a married couple with a 3.5 year old daughter and another child on the way. We need to move out of our owned property in Honor Oak for a minimum of 6 months (12 month contract with 6 month break clause is fine) whilst work is completed prior to us putting the property on the market as a vacant sale.

We are looking to rent a 3+ bedroom flat or house with private garden in Honor Oak or surrounding areas. We can move ASAP and provide excellent references. We are a professional couple (one investment banker and one solicitor) and need to be near a station and within driving distance of Dulwich where our daughter attends prep school.

      I would say Franco Manca had a few branches long before the East Dulwich one - that one took ages to open because of all the interior work they had to do to the old Black Cherry/Draft House layout When I walk past Bill's in Lewes now it still looks like the original Bill's - but I would never go in there as it is in no way "local" now - just the same overpriced, under flavoured stodge they have rolled out across the  country  (that being said, the East Dulwich one has been there 10 years now - blimey. Time, eh?) Looking at random FM locations on streeview, 2015 seems to be the year they exploded everywhere (ED included)

      Regardless of not having booked in advance, I would still reach out and explain your circumstances - they may have  cancellation or be able to accomodate.   I typed this into search and it cam up with a number of options "london kids science school hol clubs"
