adsyb99
Hi, Hoping to get some thoughts on how others dealt with this problem. My wife is currently on maternity leave, but after the summer will be back at work. We've found a nursery that we like for both our children closer to home (we recently moved and our son is currently at a different one),but it's going to be difficult to get them there and in to work on time. Neither of us work in jobs where the employer can be flexible with start times. We'd need someone to help us 3 days a week to come and help kid the kids ready at 7am then drop them off at nursery. Would be an hour to an hour and a half each day. Are there nannies that do this type of work? Saffron
Have you thought about having an au pair? You could also ask if anyone at the nursery would be interested in picking up extra hours. Some nursery workers do wrap-around childcare. It depends on their shifts etc. xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/107782-nursery-drop-off-advice/#findComment-1001573 Share on other sites
