Been following this on Mumsnet since the start and it would appear that the building company involved have shot themselves in the foot over this as it is now on so many other forums(Nappyvalleynet.com and the like) and the national press.

The original poster on Mumsnet went into a lot of detail and research about what seems to be reputation management by the building company and what seem to be false posts on a website hosted in India that was created after she had posted on Mumsnet but contained posts dated months before the posting on Mumsnet was made.

Looks like are all style no substance - I looked at them when we were thinking of having this done and a very pro looking website, calculator etc but reading these reviews sounds like it's all front and they are awful

We had a similar negative experience as above for our kitchen plans and would not recommend.

The company mentioned, which shall not be named on here please, threatened us with legal action in the same way as it did Mumsnet, they are well armed with the legalities. It came across as spitting at the fire to make it stop rather than dealing with it properly i.e. making the customer happy.

It's a shame as it meant that others in the area couldn't read legitimate reviews about their work.
