We've just used Archie and Blue for a few small jobs around the house - replacing silicone in a shower, tiling a basin splashback plus fitting a new piece of plasterboard and skimming. Prompt, tidy, great workers and a keen price.

I spoke with the people that deal with dangerous structures at Southwark.

Please avoid walking on the pavement at the Lordship Lane end of Heber Road. The high double brick wall that is part of 263 Lordship Lane and runs along Heber Road has huge cracks in it and is bowing considerably. I've spoken with the foreman in charge of the building works at 263 and he told me that it couldn't be taken down until next week due to Southwark not having issued a licence of some kind. I've also reported to Southwark(dangerous structures dept) and left a message with Heber School. MYN Properties has no answerphone and no one picks up. The wall has become incredibly unstable with more cracks opening up over the last 4 days.

As an East Dulwich resident that used Build Team and had a less than satisfactory experience with them I find it concerning that the negative reviews are being removed. Unfortunately, we did decide to go ahead with Build Team to build our side return extension. We experienced two teams of sub contractors, workers walking off site and not returning, an electrician that threatened to cut all of his recently installed cabling, extremely poor carpentry work and a missing damp proof membrane that should have been fitted under the party wall coping stones The whole build ended with a roof that was so poorly constructed that Building Control wouldn't sign off on it and the Lead Sheet Association's main surveyor stated that he'd never seen such a poor piece of workmanship. We suffered an extremely depressing 11 month build before everything was finally signed off.

Has anyone had external and internal wall insulation professionally fitted to a terraced Victorian property? If so could you recommend a company?
