half term holidays 2017 are odd!

I wondered if anyone else is bemused by the spring 2017 half term holiday. looks like some schools have week of 13th Feb and some schools have week after. the rest of the uk has week of 13th? has something gone wrong?

Southwark has it down as 13th (http://www.southwark.gov.uk/info/36/school_term_and_holiday_dates), so probably the schools with the 20th have miscalculated. Just a guess mind, but in many years of teaching/still being married to a teacher February half term has never, in my experience, started that late.
