Garden border to be cleared and dug over

I have a small border about 3x2metres in Peckham that needs to be dug over (hand or rotavator) and tree and bramble roots removed. Am looking for someone reliable that can get this done thoroughly and quickly whilst not breaking the bank.

You may already know this but just in case, make sure that they remove the bramble and perennial weeds before rotavating otherwise you are simply propagating and producing many more.
