I usually get a terrible ear worm mid-afternoon. Recently it's been Bonnie Tyler, total eclipse of the heart. Or that bloody tune from the money supermarket ad. Will. Not. Go. Away.

Recently for obvious reasons it's been Purple Rain, but not the whole song, just the high pitched Ooo oo oo ooo bit at the end.

When I spent about a month in Vienna a couple of years ago, I had the obvious Ultravox song in my head for a couple of weeks. But, like you, not the whole song, just the baseline.
