Looking in wanted section

Hi when I am selling I tend to look in The wanted section in case someone is looking for the same. Tends to make for a quick easy sale. I wonder if this is usual. It can be so frustrating when you put an ad in the wanted section, then a short while later someone sells what you have been looking for to someone else... I know we are all busy, but maybe it actually saves time in the long run, and makes the forum work more efficiently.....just a thought....

I have also sold/given away a few things by checking the "wanted section first".
