Help finding a meeting space on Lordship Lane

I've been commissioned by Southwark Council to look at how Lordship Lane might be made to work better for pedestrians. This involves inviting locals to take an active part in assessing existing conditions. I'll be posting an invitation here, once details are finalised.

For this work I need a wheelchair-accessible meeting space towards the Goose Green end of Lordship Lane. It should accommodate c.20 people minimum, and be available on a Saturday morning. In the past on other projects we've used cafes, but I guess the Lordship Lane cafes are all heaving on a Saturday morning. I'm trying to contact the Irish Cultural Arts Centre, or perhaps the Sikh Gurdwara on Shawbury Road would work, but I think they might not be prepared to let us use their facilities. Any ideas?
