I say no to Lib-dem

I suspect this is all a genius double-bluff guerilla marketing campaign on the part of the Liberal Democrats. If anything, surely this thread is warming people up to the Lib Dems, rather than the opposite...

Please believe me; I have no faith in the Lib-Dem?s given their poor stewardship of local governance. I would be very unhappy to see them have any influence in parliament.

Quoting this for utter truth, if anything I was on the fence, now I'm sold.

OP - If they have indeed passed your matter onto their lawyers, then I'd imagine that you will not get a response from the individuals directly and they will have been explicitly instructed not to reply to you, sorry but these are the harsh realities of situations where lawyers and "Claims of ?50,000" are involved.

Unfortunately Southwark think themselves above the law, I already have an admission of guilt from Southwark regarding a issue of unlawful harassment by Southwark against myself they tried to pay me off with a silly ?100.00 cheque that I dually sent back un-cashed. Yes people Southwark Council spending your council tax money, in an attempt to cover up unlawful behaviour by Southwark. If anyone is interested I have all the paperwork on this issue too.

Another little trick Southwark council do is when they do an investigation in to a complaint and you have a set of solicitors on the case, when they issue their complaint finding they send you a copy direct and your solicitors a copy or should I say an alleged copy.

The complaint finding sent directly to me was signed off by Michelle Virtue (SC)

The complaint finding sent to my solicitors was signed off by David Olokun (SC)

Both of the documents were the same except for the sign off names.

But the letter that accompanied the complaint findings to my solicitors claimed that it was a copy of the document sent to me. (Wrong)

I have run this by two firms of solicitor and both have said the documents are worthless, any judge in the land would not allow them in court.

Authenticity of the author could not be established and cross examination impossible.

Dirty tricks by Southwark, they sabotage complaint investigation so that any paperwork that they generate cannot be use in a court of law.

Yes your right I have all the paperwork on this as well

I have so much on Southwark, if there are any reporter out there ? Call me.

I suspect, not unkindly KD, that you're an absolute nutjob.

In your situation I think you should be aggravated if the Pope doesn't take a personal interest.

I think you should also remember that this is persoanl, and it's you they're out to get. They talk about you a lot when you're not there.

No I don?t think anyone is out to get me, just aware of the complete incompetence of this council and the breakdown of systems in this city.

I see you too have descended in to juvenile name slinging re: your comment ?nutjob?

Or maybe it?s to early in the morning for you, maybe a cup of coffee before you start critiquing others.

I think the definition of nutjob in this particular sense is someone who thinks the world should vote on a 'Kevin's garden fence' issue and makes a load of unsubstantiated smears on people who aren't even supposed to be representing him.

It's your choice Kevin lad. Either put up or shut up - where's those 'facts'? No facts = nutjob.

HAL9000 - That's a serious allegation and, I think, entirely untrue. I certainly have followed up a whole host of allegations against doctors, lawyers and police officers on behalf of constituents. I take the view that if a constituent has raised the matter it should be properly investigated.

If you PM me with details or email me direct - [email protected] - with details of any examples, I will look at them as soon as possible.

Hi KD , do not waste your time Huge Nought and ???? stretcher are corridor prefects and have a odd smell of biscuits about them. The Liberal Democratic party are the party of Little Britain, basically the BNP masked behind some gutless yellow livery. There politics are that of the student classes and sadly enough it will be more of the same for the electorate if they get any real power in Westminster. I notice the post in the main section where DavidH critised the local MP and got deleted by Admin, i made a comment about the flowers thread and the 2 people killed in the Peckham Rye ward and got deleted and i think blocked from posting. Sadly this forum is beginning to remind of my of the ridiculous leaflets that get posted through are doors, while they all bleat about being green.

And why not.

Given your feed back thus far, it appears you have a direct line to God.

Maybe I am using the wrong address, I have [email protected]. I have been communicating with her on this one for over a year. But thank you I can add the other one to my address book too.

Ms Jowell, I have emailed you with the name of a constituent whose case is relevant to this discussion and is described below. I think it is right that we do not identify the constituent by name on this forum.

In the mid-90s, you were approached by a constituent who had been convicted at the Old Bailey despite overwhelming evidence of having been prescribed massive doses of triazolam by an overseas doctor. Your constituent claimed that medical experts, lawyers and police had conspired to sabotage his defence of involuntary intoxication at trial. You took the case on and appointed a legal advisor to assist in having the case referred to the Court of Appeal. By the time you were approached, triazolam had been banned in the UK for causing acute psychotic episodes at the recommended dosage.

You contacted the then Commissioner for the Met. Police and attended a briefing by senior police officers. Thereafter, you and your advisor dropped the case without any explanation and refused to discuss the matter again.

The allegation is that you chose to side with the conspirators and withdrew support for your constituent?s cause, abandoning him to his fate.

You really must be the life and sole of the party (NOT)

Life and soul (or sole) or otherwise, at least I get invited to parties.

Mind you, I can see an invite from a political party coming your way. Who did take over from Lord Sutch?

Oh yes it is: during the pre-election period parliamentary email addresses are not valid any longer and incumbents have to provide a different, non-parliamentary email address.
