And the repetitiveness is what makes it a thread to be savoured.

Frankly any day that Tim (if I may Timothy) Spall is spotted in The Palmerston is a good day.

It really is.

And the more the good Tim Spall goes in there, the more they shall have.

I mean, who couldn't like him?

I'm officially nominating him as National Treasure status, actor division.

I know I arse about a bit from time to time, but be assured in this regard I'm sincere.

Got one Fru T.

It's alright enough I suppose, but the lift I would get if I were close enough to a BT/Uncle Ben actor to give them a respectful pinch on the arse, would add to my day immeasurabley.

I would think of it as me giving them an autograph, just for a change.

Though I might well have to do some fancy talking, including a few ten bob words in order to extricate myself from what might turn out to be a bit of a confrontation.

Especially with the BT bloke. I gather he's a bit 'tasty' post-lash.

Or so I've heard.

Any old how Fru T, don't know about you, but I'm gutmans about the Kelly Brooke situation.

I reckon she should go back to Jason myself.

But then I'm a sentimental old fluff.

I don't know about anyone else DulWi1, but I've got everything crossed that you do, soonest.

Just in case it might be James Corden, you do know he no longer counts, don't you?

Sorry, Helen Bonham-Carter is, I'm afraid not in the running as she's not an actress and is only married to Tim Buxton, who is a cinema manager. Bloody close though.

However, keep 'em peeled, Melbourne Girl.

    • I’d also recommend Paul for electrical work. He came round the other week to help us out with a handful of jobs (installing an SPD, new light fittings, installing a dimmer switch, a bathroom fan). His quote was cheaper than what I got from others, he turned up on time and he got the job done quickly.
    • We’d like to add our recommendation for Lukasz and team at L&L Building & Maintenance.  Lukasz has recently installed a roof terrace for us, and we’ve found him a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted about a dozen recommended builders and found his quote very competitive. During the build his team delivered quality work, they were no hassle in the house at all and they kept the place tidy every day. The terrace looks great, and we’re very happy customers. What stood out in particular was Lukasz’s responsiveness, right from discussing quotes to follow-up during the build. Lukasz often checked in and was always available when we needed him.  We’ll definitely contact Lukasz again for future building work and we’d happily recommend him to others looking for a reliable builder.   Lukasz Kugaczewski L&L Building & Maintenance 07926651960 [email protected] www.landl-build.com
    • Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?
    • What can be done? How about reporting it to the police?
