Our final 3 week Kundalini Meditation Course for the Summer starts on Sunday 26th June 5pm - 6pm


This course will teach a variety of meditations using the breath, mudras and mantra. The general purpose of Kundalini Yoga meditations is to clear your subconscious mind and for more specific aims such as stress repair, clearing anger, mental balance, self healing and to aid restful sleep. They are simple and easy techniques to learn and so would suit beginners and experienced meditators with the only requirement being the ability to sit quietly.


Please arrive 4.45pm for a 5pm prompt start and wear loose comfortable clothing


Prices are ?30 for the 3 week course for Newbies or ?25 for repeaters. Drop in price is ?12

    • I am struggling to understand how Green policies translate to local issues? The Southwark Greens leaflet I received reads like a general wish list but is not locally specific. I know the same can be said of other political parties. What specifically are Greens plans for housing, protecting local parks, council tax, transport and roads/ pavement upkeep, CPZ/LTNs? On the national stage, I'm interested in the detail of how they would reverse privatisation and take water companies back into public ownership. I am not disputing the desirability of this, but in reality how will they do it?
