WANTED:: Structural Engineer for Party Wall Survey in SE22

Due to an ongoing dispute we are seeking a competitively priced local structural engineer to survey our party wall (both sides) and provide a report to validate if/that its condition is satisfactory enough for us to proceed with a planned loft extension. I can provide architectural/construction drawings and loading calculations.

Objective is to proceed ASAP so thanks in advance for your help!

  I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.

  Yes The lease ran out on the shop. So chi chi ra ra will only be online or at the various fairs. It says on her instagram
