Babysitter / Nanny available until September

Hi there everyone!

My name is Laetitia, I'm 27 and I am looking for a summer job before I go to Glasgow to study for a masters in September. I am based in Camberwell but sadly I don't drive.

Apart from the usual babysitting throughout my teenage years, in my final two years at JAGS I spent Friday afternoons at Bessemer Grange Primary School assisting children with special needs. During my gap year I spent a semester teaching in Johannesburg at a primary school for children with behavioural problems, learning difficulties and sometimes physical disabilities. When I was my first year at university I spent a few hours every week with a boy at a local Bath primary school who had a number of social issues, which were disturbing his behavior and therefore disrupting his learning. I looked after two girls (aged 6 and 9) one summer taking and entertaining them for a couple of hours everyday after school. I looked after three of my cousins for 6 weeks, two girls both aged two and one boy aged five.

Most recently I have taken on a ?staff? role on a biennial ski trip with a Hook-based primary school, The Grey House Infant School. This includes but is certainly not limited to monitoring the children throughout the London to Geneva journey, supervising individual dormitories the week, administering pocket money, and dispensing medicine when necessary.

I understand that none of these carry any official title but I would be happy to provide a reference from The Grey House School.I have a current DBS certificate.

I absolutely love children (and they seem to love me too) and I am a pretty good cook as well!
