Painting first floor windows

I do not have a ladder, or a head for heights, so looking for someone to paint the first floor window frames and surrounding sills (the sashes themselves have just been replaced and so do not need painting). I have the paint and brush so its just the labour to quote for. Its a bay window on the front, and 3 single windows on the rear. Thanks Tom
