Loving and caring nanny with excellent references available from September

Recommended Posts

Dear Parents,

I have been a nanny for the past 15 years looking after children of all different ages from 3 months old baby to toddlers, school aged children and teenagers. I have an experience looking after triplets! It was a lot of fun :) I have worked as a mother's help, nanny, and in a nanny share position - I am highly experienced in nanny sharing. All this has given me a lot of experience and allowed me to build up a great reservoir of resilience, patience and energy, which has resulted in a stable and comforting environment for the children I look after. I am a loving and caring nanny with an interest in the child's development. I am skilled in cooking in healthy meals, weaning, getting babies into a routine and setting boundaries within a comfortable authority, which I believe it is a key to building a strong relationship with the children.

I'm honest and reliable. I am active and energetic taking kids on outings, to the parks, activities, playgroups and organizing play dates. I have outstanding check able UK references, CRB, First Aid, clean driving licence and I am fully qualified holding CACHE Diploma Level 3 in Childcare. I have been Ofsted registered in the past and I am willing to get registered again if required.

I am looking for a live-out nanny/nanny share position, ideally from beginning of September. I hope to find a nice family to work for as part of the team, where I would be appreciated.

If I sound like someone you are looking for, please contact me for a copy of my CV and references and l email them to you. Available for interview now.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards, Jitka

Hi Jitka,

we are looking for help with our two boys from September. They are 6 and 3 and we are looking for somebody to pick them up from school / nursery and look after them Monday - Thursday 3.15 until 6.30 or 7. Potentially some extra hours on Friday. We live in West Dulwich (3 mins from the train station) and our older son goes to school in Herne Hill.

Is that something you would be interested in? If so it would be great if you can send me your CV and references.

My email is [email protected]

Many thanks,

Karen

Hello Karen.

Sadly my position is coming to the end as both of the boys I'm looking after at the moment will be full

time at school/nursery from September and my family will need only morning drop off and afternoon collections.

That is not enough hours for me. I'm looking for a 3-5 full days position. I'm sorry I can't make living on

working only 4 hours a day. Thank you for your interest in my advert and I wish you all the best in finding

the right person. Kind Regards, Jitka

    • I'd take some stool samples, keep them in the fridge, book a GPs appointment, and ask for them to be analysed. Kids are sick from time to time.  We all were.  We all are occasionally.  Unless there is a serious outbreak of a bug that can potentially hospitalise a lot of people, then public health will not get involved. For your own benefit you can always visit the cafe and check out their scores on the doors food safety rating and if they are not displaying one, question why. A few years ago there was a large e coli outbreak at the Glastonbury festival, cows graze the land and some festival goers were not being too hygienic.  A reminder to us all to wash our hands etc.  with COVID this should be second nature
    • Probably won't be the actual ice cream, but I tend to avoid actual cones where they are handled before giving to customer....that's in general though
    • Anyone know what the V7 local is turning into? Saw some guys painting it a teal colour last night which made me think it’s probably turning into another Truepennys haha - hopefully something more interesting
    • I agree with Sue here, but it is reasonable to raise a concern - there have been incidents of mass poisoning (from restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and food sellers such as butchers and fishmongers) where early warning (or a lack of it) has had a significant impact. But where this concern has been reasonably raised, but then discovered to be likely misplaced, it is a good thing to obfuscate the retailer identity. Of course, by removing the specificity, this might get later readers to worry that other ice-cream outlets locally were being implicated! Bit of a lose-lose situation really!
