police activity opposite sainsburys

bit late in starting this thread but I was just wondering if anyone knows why the flats on the opposite side from sainsburys (dog kennel hill) was police taped and heavily surrounded by police with vans and cars and about 5 ambulances , this was about mid day today ?

Noticed it from the park where I was with my little one. Drove past later and the pedestrian barriers seemed a little wonky so presumed it was a car smash! :(
