Homely 1 bed flat for RENT from OCT 2016. **Outside Space**

ED since 2006

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I have a lovely, much bigger than average, one bedroom

period flat with outside space available from early Oct.

It benefits from:

-Own entrance, with an unusually big door

-Patio, South-West Facing

-Shared off Street parking

-Very large lounge with corner sofa (not sofas in

pic)

-Separate kitchen with fridge, freezer,

-Recent brand new dishwasher & Washerdryer

-Bathroom with oversized shower, separate bath,

Italian Cappuccino Marble & Underfloor Heating

-Extra storage in the bedroom bay window, and

under bath in bathroom

-Fully furnished

It's on the corner of Upland and Barry rd.

Literally 2 mins from Peckham Rye Park, and about

3 mins from North Cross Rd Market, and Lordship

Lane.

I lived in it myself for 2 years, hence it is a

lot nicer that most standard buy to let

properties. The current tenant has enjoyed living

there for 5 years and is leaving due to a new job.

Hopefully this tells you that it's a nice flat and

that I'm a good landlord. The entrance leads into a

hallway and gives it the feel of a house.

Happy to provide further details.

?1450 pcm

Thank you for looking!

Extra Info:

It comes fully furnished, with furniture I purchased

for my own use. The kitchen appliances

toaster/kettle) are Kenwood/Russell Hobbs (can't

recall fridge freezer), crockery and cutlery is

House of Fraser & Viners.

**A communal side fence is awaiting repair, which doesnt detract from the enjoyment of the flat, however I am seeking ?50 less than the ?1450 PCM that it's worth in order to sweeten the deal.**

    • Hey everyone, Just a quick heads up for those who might not be aware: there's a new law in England that took effect in April. Essentially, if you're involved in any building or planning projects, you now need to meet certain biodiversity quotas.  I stumbled upon this handy assessment tool that can determine whether you're exempt or need to meet the requirements. Hopefully, it eases your worries too! Check it out here: https://www.joesblooms.com/bng-tool

    • This Italian restaurant at the Southbound Goose Green bus stop on Lordship Lane is excellent but doesn't seem to get much custom, especially at lunchtimes - a sad indictment of East Dulwich society.  If it were in Camberwell/Peckham (where I used to live) it would be rammed. If we don't want Lordship Lane full of chains, then good quality independent family places need custom.
