CycleFit & Free Weights studios opening this weekend at JAGS Sports Club!

Recommended Posts

We are extremely excited to be opening our long awaited CycleFit and Free Weights studios this Sunday!

The Cyclefit Studio has 12 brand new spin bikes, complete with digital displays to see speed, resistance, time and incline. In addition, state of the art mood-lighting will add another dimension to these intense cardio sessions. Each week, there will be multiple instructor-led classes and daily sessions with virtual trainers so you will be able to get your fix, whatever day of the week it is.

We have a number of CycleFit sessions available on our open day, Sunday 24th July, including one women-only session in conjunction with Sweaty Betty (expect freebies!).

    • +1 for Oddbods They ran 4 jobs around the house and are just really good guys. I am now looking around the house to see what else we can ask them to do...
    • You could also hire a circular saw from the Library of Things inside the Dulwich Leisure Centre?
    • I was bitten by a smallish dog (black terrier type), in lead, yesterday afternoon (Monday 2 March, approx 1.15pm) at the corner of Heber Road and Cyrena Road.  Nothing too serious, but I have a small wound on my calf and a hole in my jeans. The owner (a middle aged woman) couldn't control her dog, pretended it didn't happen and did a runner.  I managed to take a picture of her as she walked away.  Not a great picture but if you recognise her could you please DM some info so I can report the incident?  If only to ensure that she is spoken to, as this is obviously a dangerous dog and is not under control... Many thanks.
    • I've got no wish to discuss this  again. I've already given my views on a previous  thread in the lounge. I take it you won't be voting Green, but I'm wondering quite where you are coming from with all these attacks on them? Where do your political sympathies lie?  This thread was supposed to be about James McAsh's move away from Labour 🙄 Anyway, it is hopefully another nice day and I'm off to do some gardening.
