Summer Book Festival for Children & Young Adults

There will be a super fun interactive children's and YA book festival taking place over the next three weeks across all Foyles shops in London.

Join WordPlay on Friday 5th August at the Charing Cross Road branch for the morning OR afternoon to script, perform & broadcast your very own live radio play at Foyles as part of festival!

Suitable for ages 8-16

In groups, you will be challenged to write your play against the clock, then it's into the studio where you will perform it live and even create your own special sound effects.

There will be a morning workshop between 11am-1pm or an afternoon session from 2pm-4pm.

Each workshop will conclude with a live broadcast of all the plays for parents and friends to tune in to. All recordings will appear on WordPlay's 'Hear the Plays' feature on the website after the event: http://www.wordplayeducation.co.uk/hear-the-plays/
