question for admin (calendar page)

hi look, you know how 'what's on' gets cluttered with TODAYs and TOMORROWs and new info keeps swamping events with potential...well would it be possible to create a sort of calendar page so you could scroll through dates in chronological order ..like a diary ...just an idea

Hello Alice. If you have a look there's already a thread for asking Admin questions.You've obviously been around a while but not ventured in here. Admin usually responds quickly to questions if he knows the answer.

Hi Alice, sorry for the very long delay in getting back to you. We have looked into some calendar software for this forum to make the what's on section tidier however there was nothing suitable. I totally agree that it would be good to have things in chronological order, so much easier to read, however the main hurdle is that this site is built on discussion forum software not event listing software. We will carry on looking and if we ever find something suitable then you'll see the changes. Thanks for the suggestion.

The SE5 forum has a calendar which can be linked to events posts. Don't know what software they use, though.
