Hey there!

I have a room available in a lovely split level flat 7 minutes walk from East Dulwich Station. Please email me if interested ( [email protected])

I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love the area, the flat is within walking distance from really great bars, pubs and restaurants and independent shops. We are also really close to Peckham Rye park and a HUGE Sainsbury's ( this is not a highlight - but useful information)

The room comes fully furnished with a King Sized bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The flat itself has a shared living room, kitchen equipped with a washing machine and extra storage under the stairs. We also have our own garden, with garden furniture!!

In terms of your commute - Peckham Rye station is a 10 minute walk away and has the overground and direct trains to London Bridge ( 7 minutes), Farringdon ( 18 minutes), Victoria (12 minutes) and beyond. East Dulwich is a 7 minute walk and also goes to London bridge. We are also close to Denmark hill and within walking distance to buses and night buses to and from the centre.

I am 28 and work in the music industry in King's Cross by day and enjoy going to gigs, plays, films, hanging out with pals and all harmless fun in my spare time. I am looking for someone who works the similar 9 - 5 struggle and is up for a laugh.

The room is ?800 + bills,( ?65 for council tax and internet per month and ?125 for water, electricity and gas per quarter) the contract is 12 months and there will be a deposit and referencing fee ( ?1,750), I am looking to find someone as soon as possible, with a move in date of 12 September. So please get in touch if you are interested.

Thank you

Elizabeth

    • He played the system.  He deprived the government of money that could be spent on the country.  Whether wisely or wasted.  It (Farage) makes me sick.  How could anyone who believes in society and contributing according to their means not agree?
    • If you are referring to his comments about  Angela Rayner's dishonest declarations resulting in evasion of tax on her purchase of the flat in hove, then there is no hypocrisy on Farage's part.  He funded the purchase of a property in his partner's name. This is 100% legitimate and makes good sense in terms of reducing IHT liability in the future - given their respective ages and individual wealth. Rayner's action was "evasion" which is illegal. Farage's action was "avoidance" which is 100% legitimate.
