WANTED: Handyman/builder/decorator

Hi, I'm looking for someone reliable who can (a) do random odd jobs, sometimes at short notice (b) do some bigger jobs such as painting exterior woodwork, repairing a French door, fixing guttering and replastering a damp wall - at a reasonable price. Perhaps this means two different people, or one multi-tasker! Recommendations gratefully received.

  Someone else other than the tories? They fleeced our country,left us In the brown stuff and got annihilated in the last election as a result of that. In my opinion they're part of the problem and not a solution.
