Lodgings/ room required

My lovely friend (male, 37), is looking for a room or lodgings in the area. He is happy to consider a short term let or any other opportunities. He has been unable to work due to physical health but is able to pay rent and I am able to act as guarantor if need be. Friend is reliable, very polite and well house trained. Any other information and references on request :-)

  I always wait by the bus stop and feel a liitle sad for the owners because it always appears empty. I thought it was a pizza place and did'nt realise it had a full menu. I agree we need to support independent buisnesses

  Friend recommends Penge Cycle Club. Southwark Cyclists usually do two social cycle rides on Saturday, you don't need to be a member (London Cycling Campaign) but recommended. They are advertised on the What's On section of EDF. And you can go on their other Borough group rides, Lewisham Cyclists often do long rides. Generally very cycle friendly around here, despite occasional on line hostility.
