Brilliant Wrap Around Childcare Wanted

Recommended Posts

We are looking for fantastic wrap around childcare for 3 boys aged 12, 10, 8.

Having had a series of live in Au Pairs we have now decided we would love a live out professional to take care of the boys. Hours would be 7.30 - 9 and 3.45 - 6.30 5 days per week .

Duties would include making and clearing up breakfast for the boys, taking and collecting younger boys from school in West Dulwich (we live in Honor Oak). Helping with Homework, making dinner for the children, general tidy up of the kids rooms/playroom in the evenings. Managing after school playdates/clubs etc.

This role would ideally suit someone who is energetic, fun, happy to play football, can effectively manage homework and who is a good cook with knowledge of healthy foods.

The boys are sporty, fun and very energetic so need someone who could keep up.

Please contact me only if you are interested in the described role. You must be experienced, DBS checked and ideally a confident driver. You must also like animals as we have a dog and 2 cats.

Please PM me with CV, Salary expectations and availability.

    • @NewWave I know how you feel. Like you, I've lived and spent prolonged periods of time in some pretty crazy places and always thought I could handle a bunch of kids. But, no - they got to me and I was shaking like a leaf afterwards. That's what age does to us.  But I did engage with them, so bear that in mind.  My advice would be to never let anything like that stop you doing the things you love. I'm certainly not going to stop using the park, there's no way they get to take away our cherished spaces!  If you see them, just change tack and keep out of their way. My dog won't even go that way again, so that's that problem solved. (If I see them again, I'm going to keep taking photos from a safe distance).
    • Truly horrific. Being passive or fighting back is what many of us think about by violent theft.
    • What ridiculous waste of money
    • Lots of good primary schools within reach of there. Fairlawn, Goodrich, Ivydale and Horiman. Secondary schools you will definitely get into the Harris Academies or Sydenham Girls or Forest Hill Boys, you might just be on the boundary for the East Dulwich or North Dulwich Charter but it changes every year.
