Council run MOT Garages

Do you know of any council run MOT centres..apparently these are better??

I have never heard of this,but as far as I know all mot test centres are strictly in compliance with dvla or sorn or which ever department it is. These days I am quite sure that any garage that are certified to do these tests will do more or less exactly the same thorough job. Prices are usually around ?45.

Apparently there are council run mot centres
