Personal trainer Recommendation!

If anyone is looking for a brilliant, reasonably priced personal trainer, I would like to recommend Gleicio Silva. He works in Dulwich and surrounding areas. We train in the park and at Push Studios, after having an initial meeting to discuss a personal training plan. I have quite specific goals and Gleicio was able to accommodate these. He can also advise on nutrition.

He is really encouraging and focused, taking care to keep each session fun and interesting. I'm really pleased with how it is going and would like to recommend him to anyone looking for a really good local PT.

  Thanks Sue. No the car just drove on. We don't know if they noticed. We were driving behind. We were just glad we could be with the cat, and take him to the vet, rather than leaving him there 😞

  Certainly the infamous (and mythical) SE London cat killer turned out to be foxes attacking dying and dead cats injured by cars, but fox: cat encounters do appear to happen, even where cats are victorious. Fox: adult humans less so. At least where foxes are the aggressors.
