Postnatal pilates classes weekday or weekend?

Hi everyone

Baby is now 9 weeks old and im trying to slowly get back into shape. Does anyone know of any classes during the week or on saturdays?

There is a post natal Pilates class at ESPH on Lordship Lane 12:15-1:15 on Mondays although it won't start running again until beginning of September.

There's a mum and baby one on Tues afternoons on Effra Parade in Herne Hill. I haven't been yet as only 3 weeks pp and have toddler in tow until September.

Jelly bellies do classes that the babies can go along with at The Goose Green Clinic....Not sure of days but a couple of days in the week and a Sunday class I think....

Jelly Belly PT for sure. The postnatal class is great and baby goes along too.
