Meet East Dulwichs? latest and greatest personal trainer.


If you are looking to get out of the old boring gym routines and just want to get fit in a fun and friendly way, whilst learning some serious skills, then look no further.


The EDPT is currently under work to bring you the very best of specialized classes and personal training sessions. With a special focus on Functional fitness and Combat, the training style is suitable for all.


All fitness levels welcome, age is no barrier, Gender? Talk serious - it doesn?t matter who you are where you are from or what your goals are.


This training will leave you in the best shape of your life and you will seriously get that feel good factor out of every session!

    • Some of you may have never been to a post office on a Saturday when one or more people are posting their ebay parcels and you wait yonks.  Just one of those things.  I'm more concerned about the speed of the Royal Mail.  I may start a thread on this!
    • If you're going British, Marks and Sparks do a fantastic Cornish Cruncher Cheddar (get the three year old if it's on offer) and a Stilton/Stichelton which are wrapped in something more like wax paper.  I'm pretty sure they used to do a Stinking Bishop which had minimal plastic wrapping, as well.
    • Thanks to everybody for the responses. Agree that £50-60 is somewhat excessive so supermarket is likely to be the route we take.
    • If you can track down the owners of the now defunct Heritage Cheese in the village, there could be some stock-clearance bargains if you don't mind your cheese a little pre-nibbled.
