RosieH
Nary a drop PGC - I was merely referring to the american abomination that is "period" when what we're really talking about are "full stops" Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11883-wimbledon/page/3/#findComment-334992 Share on other sites

Mick Mac
The fifth set is now 61+62 = 123 games long which is the equivalent of a minimum 10 additional sets. What a joke 5th set tie breaker to come in next year. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11883-wimbledon/page/3/#findComment-335191 Share on other sites
Brendan
I don?t think they will change the rules because of one freak occurrence. All being equal the timetabling has normally already been more bollocks up because of rain in the first week than it is being because of this. Mick Mac
Its not the timetabling - it just seems a bit ridiculous - don't the other grand slams have tie breakers in 5th set? Mick Mac
I have worked out, in my wisdom, that the US guy won 92-91 over the 5 sets. I think they were quite evenly matched. Taking it to 92 would be both greedy and obvious. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11883-wimbledon/page/3/#findComment-335341 Share on other sites
