End of tenancy cleaner recommendations

Can anyone recommend a decent and not outrageously expensive end-of-tenancy cleaner?

Our landlady is a friend and the place doesn't need to look brand new but it'd be handy to have somebody to help do more than the average weekly clean on our house when we move out next month - with two small kids in tow too, could do without spending 5 hours cleaning the old place!..

It won't be needed until mid/end of September and we are in Honor Oak Park, SE23.
