How many after school clubs in year 3?

Can any seasoned parents tell me how many after school clubs is suitable for year 3? My daughter starts at Rosemead in September and I have no idea whether she'll be knackered or wishing she did she more... I think 2 is fine but there is a third that she is interested in.

Can any parents tell me how long homework can take in the first term?
