Seeking home/flat to rent over Christmas

Hello / my sister and brother in law and their 2 young kids are coming to London for Christmas. I'm looking to rent a small house/flat for the week from 24 December in east dulwich.   The pasta is fantastic. I do think they would benefit from smartening up the frontage a bit (less writing?) but that's not an excuse for them to have no custom (they're 4.9 on Google FFS). There's only so much I can spend in there with my family!
