Noise from HSS Hire on the Goose Green Trading estate

I'm just wondering if anyone else in the area is being disturbed by the early morning noise from HSS Hire receiving deliveries. It occurred at 05:30 this morning and has been known to start at just after 5am on certain days. I've reported a compliant to them but allegedly they don't have control over timings as it's governed by another company. I've asked James Barber to see what he can do from a council side, but it's more likely to have some impact if there's a group saying it's disruptive.

I live nearby and this has got worse over the last 3 months or so including Saturday and Sunday mornings sometimes (so 7 days a week). Let me know how you get on / want any support but (I think) it is the angle grinder that is really loud (I'm the other side of the deliveries)...

Get in touch with planning enforcement. They'll investigate. If its noise enviro health will also deal with it.
