Some info about the flat

Flat come fully furnished with leather sofa, table and chairs, tv unit / Sky box and sideboard in living room. All top quality furniture. All original Victorian fittings and lovely gas fire. Flat has plenty of storage and cellar to use. Private garden has lawn mover, cold frame, vegetable patch, table and chairs and garden bench.

Living room at the front and set back from road. It's is very quiet due to secondary glazing. Kitchen is in the middle with door to rear of the property. Bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. Bedroom is at the rear overlooking garden and you get sun in the morning through large original sash windows (which have custom double glazing). Garden is private to the flat and not really overlooked. It's easy to forget you are in Zone 2. You get the sun until late in the summer.

Communal areas were recently refurbished with new paintwork and thick carpet. There's 2 other flats (3 story house) which are owner occupied. I live just round the corner with my wife.

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
