Help with set up with Talk Talk Tv Package

Hello.I will try to explain,I have internet and TV supplied by talk talk working at home but i just need the internet/i player bit of Tv connected with cable from the Tv to internet box that is located a few metres away with cable..Can you help.

All you need is an Ethernet (RJ45) cable of the appropriate length something like the one below came be found cheaply almost everywhere!!
