Touch Rugby- Pekcham Rye

Would anyone be interested in playing touch rugby on Peckham Rye on a saturday morning around 11am? There doesnt seem to be any sides that play at the moment so would be good to get something started, just as a run around and a bit of fun

I did contact the guy about Tuesday rugby but he said that they have died out and dont happen any more.

Mixed touch would be fine, its just about getting some decent numbers, we would need at least 10 I would of thought to make it worth while.

There's touch rugby every Sunday at Ruskin Park (just by Denmark Hill station).

11.30 till 1 ish. In all weather conditions.

Lots of people turn up, men and women, all standards welcome, including absolute beginners.

Its just for fun and the people are really nice. Its completely informal, just turn up for a run around! I did!

Definitely up for Saturday morning touch. Only ever played contact before but that was a long long time ago. So if this hasn't died out completely I'd be keen (on the basis you are happy for a touch novice to play)
