SCSB79 - its the top end near Donkey Alley. Kind of agree with your last point - i wont say anything again - just call the police. simples.

My friend in Glasgow once saw some people sitting in a car outside his house throwing rubbish onto the street. He walked over picked it up and threw it back into their car. hilarious. not sure that would work here though....

Come round and cause bother? Grow up.

OP didn't say causing bother, he said they were leaning on his fence. v_the_gelfling didn't say causing bother, s/he said "just loitering outside".

If someone's causing bother, I suggest you grow a pair and report it to the relevant authorities. If someone's not causing bother then I suggest you get on with your day and let them get on with theirs.

Ha ha. Must be great being you.

NB - seems we must be living in close quarters... luckily I haven't encountered the louts causing you bother. My flat must be too far for them to walk. If you spot 2 youth in a black astra/corsa puffing on the weed, that's my problem. One of them owns the yellow van that's always parked on Dunstans by the school.

Can't offer you too much advice though as it's against my "follow follow" code and you obviously "hail hail"

;-)

Yes, lets ask them to continue as they were 'leaning on the fence' and 'just loitering outside' and 'let them get on with their day' e.g. by being verbally abusive and using threatening behaviour.

    • My car was registered in 2004. Automatic, ULEZ compatible.  Used to use it daily for work until 2016 when retired. Still used 3-5 days weekly after that as was doing voluntary work. My mobility has gradually declined and  it is painful to walk.. Family live in Kent, Essex and Sussex - so need car to visit them. My car battery is 2 years old - when had to call out RAC to assist at home as it was dead, they found it was the original battery installed in 2004!! My car is essential - shopping each week, being able to go to garden centres, or DIY stores, taking the cat to the vet and  other social activities. I now only half fill with petrol every 3- 4 weeks, so save that way. I am careful  with my finances and would be lost without the car. It is regularly maintained (Turners).
    • I remember Tesco- it was on the corner of North Cross Road where Superdrug is now. Very small if I remember correctly.  We shop in Pound land - having discovered that shampoo and conditioner (brand names) were only £1 each. Good selection of most things that we need on a regular basis. It is better than the one in Peckham. Never noticed loud music when I have been in there and have always found the staff helpful and cheerful.
    • Shame we don't get to vote who takes over as it impacts us all
    • James McAsh is favourite to replace him?!
