Room in lovely large house with garden

We have a lovely, light room available for rent in a shared house in Camberwell. The house is enormous and the garden glorious. The rent is ?725 a month excluding bills. The room is available mid September onwards. We're looking for a quiet, kind, considerate, prof person. We are a couple with a 5 year old and a friend who following an accident has a few mobility problems and remains good company. We are a journalist, a stone restorer & a writer.   I think it should be brought back into public ownership. However, I admit that that is not based on any facts at all, just on my dislike of shareholders making money from a business which doesn't appear to be doing what it's supposed to do.
