Best Coffee in East Dulwich

Had a fantastic coffee at Badger Bakery by Dulwich Library.

It's under new management and has had a total refurb and extension.

The coffee at Badgers Bakery is fine, the staff are very nice and they've done a good job with the inside and outside seating. I'm not crazy about all the pastries but the classic English bakery stuff like sausage rolls etc are good.

I'll mention them - nice food, but I don't like their coffee much! The blend is a bit fruity for my taste.

Same is true for the magic* beans I've taken home from the General Store. uncleglen is right, you can't beat a decent single-source Columbian.

French House Flat White is very good indeed and the best I've had so far if about 5/6 along Lordship Lane,Haven't tried St St Davids in Forest Hill yet but will next week

La Scala, by far. And it's their 1 year anniversary today! Free sweet treat for their customers. Great coffee, lovely people, wicked design inside.
