Hello!

If you are keen to build flexibility, strength, mindfulness and generally feel a hell of a lot less stressed and look more toned and strong, then my yoga classes in Denmark Hill and Peckham are here to help!

Nestled in two beautiful yoga studios, you will be taught how to breathe more efficiently to enhance respiration, to change your posture, how to safely practise yoga poses with proper alignment, be gently and mindfully adjusted to help you to go deeper in the poses to reach your full potential, and also get to experience my amazing sense of humour. Just kidding, the last point is completely subjective so don't quote me on this.

The yoga that I teach is flow-based Vinyasa that will get you fired up and sweaty, followed by a stiller, slower and calmer Yin practice to go deeper into healing the muscles and tissues. Each week is different - for example this week is all about opening the spine, upper back and chest, so perfect for all the shoulder hunchers out there.
