My friend is an elderly lady and prefers to wash her own hair. She also has mobility problems and is dependant on mini cabs. They took her to the hairdresser and waited whilst she had it cut.. She obviously paid extra to the driver. If she had her hair washed- would have been in the salon a lot longer. They did spray wet her hair. -
