Come and join my new Hatha Flow class at the lovely Goose Green Clinic on East Dulwich Road - Saturday Morning: 10.30am - 11.30am

The class size will be small and welcoming with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class. Most suited to and general and intermediate levels. Drop in price ?11 or 5 class card ?45 (valid for 8 weeks) and can be used interchangeably for other midweek classes I teach at Goose Green Clinic.
